Job Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, utilizing Philips Allura, Axurion, and Philips Xper equipment for patient care.
• Deliver patient care with a focus on cardiac conditions and procedures, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required, approximately 30%, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in a dynamic environment, adhering to the dress code and wearing hospital-issued scrubs.
• Provide exceptional care to patients in coronary suites and an electrophysiology suite, with patient ratios of 1:3-4, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and care.
• EP training is preferred but not required, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
