Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions, triage phone calls, and provide patient education.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs.
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and environmental programs.
- Accredited School of Nursing Required.
- 1 year of experience as a registered nurse preferred.
- Registered Nurse in state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred upon hire.
