We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Mountain View Hospital. Your primary duties will include escorting patients to their destinations, providing directions and wayfinding, and performing COVID screening at the hospital entrance.
Key Responsibilities- Escort patients to their destinations within the hospital
- Provide directions and wayfinding to patients, guests, and visitors
- Perform COVID screening at the hospital entrance, including temperature checks and screening questions
- Refer questions and issues to the administrator on call when necessary
- Provide information and direction for guests needing to park their vehicles or drop off patients
- Assist in transport upon discharge from the hospital
- Handle all front entrance needs for patients, visitors, and guests
- Assist patients, guests, and visitors with wheelchair assistance when needed
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work well with others
