To-Go Specialist

Mugshots Grill and Bar is seeking experienced, enthusiastic To-Go Specialists to provide fast service and great hospitality for our to-go guests. Full-time and part-time positions are immediately available. Must have weekend and evening availability. If you thrive in a fun and fast-paced work environment, we would love to have you at Mugshots Grill and Bar.

Responsibilities:

• Takes accurate orders by phone or in person, organizes food orders, and delivers to guests.
• Possesses knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests.
• Ensures an exceptional to-go experience for every guest.
• Answers phone and assists guests with placing to-go orders.
• Enters orders in proper sequence.

Requirements:

• Must have PM + weekend availability.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills.
• Strong oral communication and telephone skills.
• Be flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met.
• Able to operate POS system for transactions.
