We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to join our team at QUIETFLEX MANUFACTURING CO LP. As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and direct a team of employees to achieve daily targets and maximize production.
- Training and Development: Train and coach employees on equipment operation, quality assurance, safety protocols, and work processes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, troubleshoot, and identify preventative maintenance measures to ensure equipment is ready for use.
- Scheduling and Documentation: Prepare and complete daily production reports, scheduling, and documentation.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure the department follows quality and safety procedures, and practice good housekeeping and safe work habits.
- Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1+ year in a lead/trainer role.
- Skills: Knowledge of production equipment and processes, MS Office, and database applications.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations, including lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for long periods.
