Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaborative efforts among surgeons, registered nurses, surgical technicians, and support staff in delivering preoperative and postoperative care.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager and Administrator.
  • Oversee daily operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Kansas.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
  • Proficient understanding of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
