Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Scheduler to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, inventory levels, and ensuring seamless execution of our manufacturing processes.

This is a permanent position, working on-site in Bondurant, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have experience in precast concrete scheduling, managing inventory needs, and potentially scheduling up to 10 production lines simultaneously. Strong customer service skills are essential for handling customer inquiries and providing updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules and inventory levels to ensure efficient execution of manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations, estimators, sales teams, and line supervisors to achieve production goals
• Perform purchasing tasks, such as ordering production supplies and documenting vendor information
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Experience in precast concrete scheduling and inventory management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be cross-trained in multiple areas
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
