Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to manage operations from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts. This role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly and professionally welcome patients, medical professionals, and visitors.
  2. Gather essential patient information to facilitate efficient processing of scans, reports, and insurance claims.
  3. Handle collection of deductibles, co-payments, and outstanding balances on patient accounts.
  4. Input patient data to establish and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  5. Compile all necessary patient information for technologists to ensure smooth scanning procedures.
  6. Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
