Cardiovascular Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Technician to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for assisting physicians and other medical professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

• Monitor radiation safety and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Perform quality assurance functions on x-ray equipment and protective garments/accessories.
• Assist with cardiovascular tests and record patients' hemodynamic activity.
• Administer intra-coronary and/or intra-arterial medications under direct supervision.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields using aseptic technique.
• Perform basic and advanced life support when required.

• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of two years of current RN Cath Lab experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program.
• Active unencumbered RN Hawaii state license.
• One year of Epic experience.

• National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.
• Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
