Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ER/Trauma department
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Current RN licensure in Washington state
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ER/Trauma nursing
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
