Job Title: Raw Bar Cook II

We are seeking a skilled Raw Bar Cook II to join our team at Palmetto Bluff. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our guests with exceptional raw seafood dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the raw bar station and ensure the highest quality of products.
  • Prepare and plate artful raw seafood dishes, including oysters, mussels, and clams.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining room and service stations.
  • Develop deep connections with our members and guests, providing an exceptional culinary experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices, weights and measures, and various cooking techniques.
  • A passion for food, wine, and service.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
