Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our team at M. A. Mortenson. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and leading a team of skilled craftsmen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the installation of carpentry components, including framing, finishing, and installation of doors and hardware
* Lead a team of skilled craftsmen, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality workmanship
* Inspect work performed by subcontractors, including ductwork, wiring, and pipe installations, to ensure conformance with specifications
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
* Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read plans and understand building codes and regulations
* Proficiency in operating equipment such as table saws, radial arm saws, and drill presses
