Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with speech disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment and Therapy: Create and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of students, including those with speech disorders.
  • Screenings and Assessments: Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and family members about speech disorders, including causes, disabilities, and traumatic events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active or pending state SLP license.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a SLP setting, with previous experience in a school setting preferred.
