Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team at our new Smyrna office. As a key member of our dental team, you will provide professional assistance to our General Dentist in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the sterilization of instruments and equipment, adhering to the highest standards of infection control.
  • Take X-rays and accurately enter patient treatment plans, utilizing your technical skills to support our dental team.
  • Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits, promoting informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with daily operations, providing support to the office and Dentist as needed, and contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Registered Dental Assistant and radiography certifications.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
