Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member/Cashier to join our team. As a Team Member/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including taking orders, handling payments, and providing change.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
