In this role, you'll have the chance to:

• Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers
• Create lasting connections with customers through Personal Styling appointments
• Exceed customer expectations by using customer experience, incentive, and product knowledge techniques for success
• Promote in-store events and company programs that support the brand
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-presented store by adhering to floor-sets and visual brand standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of specialty retail experience
• A passion for fashion and working with people
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to operate store systems accurately
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and balance multiple customers at once

This is an estimated salary range for this position: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
