We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce solutions for our clients.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or equivalent work experience.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce, Timekeeper, Workforce Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Central version 8.1.

- Expertise in configuring Accruals, Overtime, Pay/work rule, Security Profiles, Time Clocks, and Advanced Scheduling.

- Experience working with Genies and Process Manager.

- Proficiency in Oracle databases, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and Kronos Reporting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
