About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires a graduate degree in physical therapy and a NYS Physical Therapy License. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute or chronic disabilities
- Conduct regular screenings and assessments to identify individual needs and update treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides as needed

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school with a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- NYS Physical Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of PT evaluation and treatment methods, including mobility devices and therapeutic exercises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Estimated Salary: $80,000-$85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
