Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents with compassion and empathy
  • Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Chart and maintain documentation for residents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and administer medications with precision and safety
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and residents

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois
  • Current CPR certification to ensure resident safety
  • At least one year experience in long-term care

Compensation details: 34-39 Hourly Wage
