Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Sales Professional to join our team at The PCA Group. As a Fragrance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide authentic and personalized customer service to clients.
  • Communicate product knowledge and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with store management and associates to ensure a Best-in-Class luxury fragrance experience.
  • Monitor standards in merchandising and event execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales record.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Salary is commensurate upon experience ($20.00-$25.00 per hour).
