Full-Time Cake Artist

Marketplace Foods in Hayward, Wisconsin is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Cake Decorator. As a key member of our bakery team, you will have the opportunity to bring your creativity and passion to life, creating beautiful and delicious cakes for our customers.

• Interact with guests, listening to their ideas and bringing their vision to life through creative design skills.
• Mix, bake, design, and package a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries.
• Offer samples to guests and encourage them to add additional items to their shopping carts to contribute to department sales goals.
• Work with the Bakery Manager and team to ensure the salesfloor is filled with products and guests are satisfied with our offerings and services.
• Practice good food safety and follow general workplace safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with a REMARKABLE team to create a fun and engaging work environment.

• Previous baking and/or decorating experience is preferred.
