Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of contact center managers and service representatives. Essential qualities include a commitment to employee engagement, coaching, and data-driven decision-making aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing client experiences.

Specific duties include:

  • Delivering top-tier customer service through effective monitoring and coaching of team members.
  • Championing an outstanding Employee and Customer experience through issue resolution and engagement.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to interpret contact center data and prepare insightful reports.
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at an executive level.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Coursework focused on transportation engineering.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it within six months.
  • Prior design or internship experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in CADD/Design software, including Microstation/Inroads and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Work Environment

This position requires full availability for training and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule as business needs evolve. Compliance with key controls and maintaining confidentiality in a secure environment is essential.
