Position Overview:
Stefanini Group is seeking a skilled Biomedical Technician to support our healthcare clients. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with biomedical equipment, ensuring that our clients can provide optimal healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and troubleshoot biomedical equipment problems, executing necessary repairs and conducting routine maintenance and safety inspections to uphold healthcare standards.

2. Comply with organizational policies and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance obligations, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities.

3. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring effective resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain tools and testing equipment in proper condition to guarantee accurate and timely repairs and maintenance.

5. Promptly report any quality or compliance issues to the Quality Organization to uphold the highest ethical standards in service delivery.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a hospital setting

- Customer service expertise

- Background in electronics and biomedical equipment


Basic Qualifications:

- An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military training, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical equipment service.

- At least 2 years of experience in servicing medical devices.

- Proficiency in electronic digital circuitry and electro-mechanical systems.

- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams.

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- Capability to lift or move up to 35 lbs.
