As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

With the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, you will have the freedom to manage your practice as you see fit.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to our customers, including eye exams, vision tests, and prescription glasses or contact lenses.

As an independent lease holder, you will have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation, administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services, and other benefits for a fair market value.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and other minimum qualifications outlined below.
