  • Produce a variety of cakes and pastries using proprietary recipes and production methods.
  • Operate commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other equipment to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Package, label, and store baked goods according to company standards.
  • Assist in the development of cake production plans and monitor inventory of baking supplies.
  • Evaluate raw ingredients and baked goods to ensure quality and inform management of any quality control issues.
  • Clean and sanitize the workstation, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience as a baker or in a related role is a plus.
