Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Fayetteville Healthcare Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to our mission of creating Caring Communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
