At Caliber Collision, we're seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough damage assessments and create accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless repair processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services

Requirements:

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
