Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Consultant Sr to lead organizational redesign initiatives and teach cross-functional Lean Six Sigma process improvement approaches to problem solving. This role will coordinate multiple facility, cross-organizational teams in achieving their strategic objectives and desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with other departments and service lines
• Mentor Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
• Apply Lean Six Sigma waste and error reduction management techniques to organizational operations
• Lead cross-functional teams that include physicians, clinicians, and administrative staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 3 years of related experience, including project management and facilitation
