Job Description

The Premises Guardian will be responsible for conducting regular patrols of the property, operating and monitoring CCTV systems, and supervising access control points. You will also be required to respond quickly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, providing appropriate action and communication with relevant personnel if necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are secure and free of unauthorized activity.
  • Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to oversee property activity and respond promptly to any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
  • Supervise and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry to restricted areas.
