Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy teams to achieve operational excellence and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, including workflow management and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient engagement.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
