Job Summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our roofing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Roofs: Check to ensure that completed roofs are watertight and free of defects.
  • Follow Directions: Follow directions from experienced Journeymen onsite to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Clean and Prepare Roofs: Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials.
  • Identify and Repair Roof Damage: Locate worn or torn areas in roofs and repair them to prevent further damage.
  • Apply Roofing Materials: Cover roofs with layers of roofing felt or asphalt strips to ensure a watertight seal.
Requirements

To be successful as a Roofer at Tradesmen International, you will need:

  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy roofing materials and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Ability to Work at Heights: Be comfortable working at heights and able to navigate complex roofing systems.
