Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Material Handlers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues and improve operations
  • Conduct regular team talks and start-up meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and performance
  • Review and analyze workflows, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs, and take corrective action as necessary
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
  • One (1) year related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Forklift Certification
