Fashion Stylist

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Stylist at our Livermore Outlet store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling our customers in our latest collections.

• Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Process stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing our digital tools to support a positive customer journey
• Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, working as one team to achieve the best results
• Greet our customers into our store and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit
• Ensure staff areas are maintained to the highest level of expectation, showing pride in your surroundings at all times
• Support and observe your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development

• Charismatic and attentive, with excellent communication skills
• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values
• A 'can-do' attitude and lots of energy, with the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving techniques and the ability to work under pressure
• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and platforms
• Immaculate attention to detail and confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
