Key Responsibilities:

  • Laying out and positioning components for assembly
  • Fitting and welding parts together using arc, mig, tig, or gas welding equipment
  • Reading complex blueprints to determine relevant information for welding operations
  • Maintaining high-quality finishes and tolerances according to engineering and manufacturing specifications

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with arc, mig, tig, or gas welding equipment
  • Able to read complex blueprints
  • Knowledge of various ferrous and non-ferrous materials
  • Good math skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
