About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at GSC. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for strategically integrating with clients to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using DriveWorks and SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre and post-sales activities
  • Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations for efficient use of DriveWorks
  • Provide technical support and training to clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using SQL
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with 3D CAD software (SOLIDWORKS preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with DriveWorks
  • 2+ years of professional PDM experience
  • Prior technical support experience in software-related fields
  • Understanding of engineering processes and terms
  • Mechanical design experience desired
  • Customer-focused approach and strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of computer networking and hardware
