Teller I Part-Time Banker

• Process various transactions and handle routine customer service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer questions on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to make referrals and drive sales growth.
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of bank products and services.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
