Bridgewell is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct diagnostic intakes, develop treatment plans, and establish goals and objectives for assigned caseloads.
- Counseling and Case Management: Provide individual and family counseling, coordinate services, and collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes, transfer/discharge summaries, and utilization review documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision sessions, and agency-wide initiatives to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling, with a Massachusetts state license preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, with a strong understanding of clinical risk management and crisis intervention.
- Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
