Job Description

Community Integrated Living Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care home, providing exceptional support to our residents, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Support: Supervise and support our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure they are providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Medication Management: Ensure that medication counts are accurate and completed in a timely manner, and that medications are ordered and delivered as needed.
  • Household Management: Oversee the daily operations of the care home, including grocery shopping, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Resident Care: Assess the medical, health, and safety needs of our residents and ensure that they receive the necessary care and support.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our residents, their families, and our staff to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in their care.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and verified background check.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care home or residential setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
