Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Current RN or LPN licensure.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
