Job Title: Registered Nurse - PCU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - PCU will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in the PCU, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in a PCU or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
