Hunting Outfitter

Job Summary:

The Sales Outfitter provides exceptional customer service and sales support for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms at Cabela's of Mitchell. This role involves greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provides product recommendations based on customer needs and promotes programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store for sales at the Gun Counter non-Firearms.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintains pricing, and signs.
• Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.
