Procurement Excellence at Uline

As a key member of our Purchasing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory levels meet the demands of our customers across all locations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in analyzing and monitoring inventory levels, placing purchase orders, and developing strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving issues and negotiating optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address vendor-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Partner with team members to provide branch support and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, vendor performance, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
