Job Title: FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving key financial decisions and strategy.

Job Summary

The FP&A Manager will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing detailed financial models and forecasts. You will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are completed timely, accurately, and in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, using tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification such as a CPA or CFA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and financial system implementation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
