We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Universal Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our psychiatric health care facility. Your expertise and dedication will help us deliver exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to patient care discussions, and provide input on treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure to practice as an LPN in the State of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Verbal De-Escalation and Handle with Care certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
