JOB REQUIREMENTS

You will oversee the day-to-day building operations, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and well-maintenance of the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex building systems.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
  • Manage complex building operations, including maintenance and repair of building systems; in-unit HVACs; duel-fuel boilers; complex heating systems; and unit turnover processes.
  • Ensure the building is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee maintenance contracts for multiple elevators and operate freight elevators.
  • Coordinate maintenance services and systems with contractors and supervisors.
  • Verify work orders and inspect facilities.
  • Prepare for annual building-wide inspections.
  • Address tenant concerns and respond to emergencies.
  • Reduce summonses and violations.
  • Budget planning and management.
  • Compliance with building and health codes.
