Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent or equivalent role in retail construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
