Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and be certified in Radiologic Technology (ARRT (R)) and have a valid state-specific license when required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring accurate images, and preparing patients for radiologic testing. Key tasks include:

  • Confirming patient identification and explaining imaging procedures
  • Following physician orders for imaging
  • Positioning patients and adjusting equipment
  • Preventing radiation exposure
  • Calibrating equipment
  • Preparing results for physician review
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements include 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and state-specific licensing when required. The ideal candidate will also have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
