About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Report any equipment or cleaning product needs or malfunctions to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Follow established standards, safety, and quality guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.
