Job Summary
As a Child Development Professional at Building Blocks Behavioral Services Inc, you will work closely with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. Your primary role will be to provide direct behavior interventions in home, community, and school settings. You will be responsible for implementing detailed behavior plans designed by the Lead Behavior Analyst and consulting with them on any deviations from these plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans in 1:1 and group settings
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, and other medical or school staff to implement client's behavior plans and treatment goals
- Respond to crisis situations in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist students with physical difficulties
- Manual dexterity to perform computer and electronic device functions for data collection and session notes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement, paid liability insurance, and free continuing education training.
