Job Summary: As a key member of the Bowlero team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Clean all equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, griddles, and prep surfaces
- Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed
- Ensure all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area
- Restock bottled beverages in the bar cooler

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
